Beta and Pro Features Policy

This page sets out the operative policy for the Beta Period of the Agentic Bookmarks VS Code extension and related components (the "Software"), and for the Additional Use Grant and feature gating described in the Provider-Specific Terms at https://agenticbookmarks.com/legal/terms.

1. Beta Period

1.1 Status

The Software is currently in its Beta Period.

1.2 Beta End Date

The Beta End Date has not yet been set. The Beta Period continues until further notice. We will publish the Beta End Date on this page at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect.

1.3 Pro features during the Beta Period

During the Beta Period, all Pro features of the Software are available to all users without a subscription, in accordance with Section 5A (Beta Free Access Period) of the Provider-Specific Terms. No account, sign-in, or payment is required.

2. Public Repository Pro Features (post-Beta)

Section 5 of the Provider-Specific Terms ("Additional Use Grant for Public Repositories") provides that, after the Beta Period, a defined subset of Pro features will remain available without a paid subscription when the Software is used in a workspace consisting solely of Public Repositories.

The specific list of Public Repository Pro Features will be published on this page at least thirty (30) days before the Beta End Date. Until that list is published and the Beta Period ends, the broader Beta Free Access Period in Section 5A of the Provider-Specific Terms applies and all Pro features are available without subscription.

3. Always-Pro Features (post-Beta)

The complement of Section 2 — the Pro features that will require a paid subscription after the Beta Period regardless of repository visibility — will be published on this page on the same schedule: at least thirty (30) days before the Beta End Date.

4. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes — including setting or extending the Beta End Date, publishing or modifying the Public Repository Pro Features list, or modifying the Always-Pro Features list — take effect prospectively and will be posted on this page at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.

Cosmetic, clarifying, or other non-material changes may be made without advance notice.
