This page is the live list of sub-processors that Super Mega Lab LLC engages to process personal data in connection with the Agentic Bookmarks VS Code extension and related components (the "Services"), as referenced in our Privacy Policy at https://agenticbookmarks.com/legal/privacy, Data Processing Addendum at https://agenticbookmarks.com/legal/dpa, and Security Overview at https://agenticbookmarks.com/legal/security.

Current sub-processors

None.

During the Beta Period, the Services run entirely on the user's device and do not transmit data to Super Mega Lab. Because Super Mega Lab receives no user data through the Services during the Beta Period, no sub-processors are engaged to process user data on our behalf.

When the subscription verification service launches at the end of the Beta Period, the sub-processors engaged at that time will be listed on this page. Each addition or replacement of a sub-processor will be posted on this page at least thirty (30) days in advance, in accordance with Section 7.3 of our Data Processing Addendum.

How to be notified of changes

To be notified when a sub-processor is added or replaced, email contact@supermegalab.com with the subject line "Sub-processor notifications" and the email address at which you wish to be notified. We will also post each change to this page.
